Welcome to Rocky and Rosie's LLC
At Rocky and Rosie's, we believe in the power of connection — between people, purpose, and the animals who bring out the best in us. Our mission is to establish a regional Community Therapy Dog Center: a dedicated facility that brings our programming together under one roof, so we can serve our community more fully than ever before.
Our Core Vision: The Community Therapy Dog Center
Our goal is to open a storefront that bridges two critical community needs, creating an accessible hub where local youth can thrive alongside specialized therapy animals. This space will offer a safe, restorative environment built for connection, growth, and healing.
Once we've established a successful storefront, our long-term vision is to secure a permanent, larger facility — one that allows us to scale our impact and reach even more members of our community.
This is just the beginning. Join us as we build something that changes lives, one paw at a time.

Owner and CEO
Desiray Glass brings a rare combination of business acumen and heart to Rocky and Rosie's LLC. With a distinguished career in commercial real estate, she has built a reputation for sharp strategic thinking and a steady, results-driven approach — skills she now channels into growing Rocky and Rosie's and its mission to bring people and dogs together.
Her passion for animal welfare runs just as deep as her professional expertise. Over the years, Desiray has supported multiple dog rescues and opened her home to foster both dogs and cats, giving vulnerable animals the care and stability they need to find their forever homes. As a dog owner herself, she understands firsthand the bond between people and their pets, and that nurturing spirit shapes everything she does.
Desiray founded Rocky and Rosie's LLC to bring that same dedication to a broader community — combining her business savvy with a genuine love for animals to build something that serves both people and dogs well.

Owner General Manager
Marvin Glass is a high school special education teacher deeply committed to supporting youth, a passion that shapes everything he builds. His love for working with dogs has been a lifelong journey — beginning in childhood and continuing through his college years, when he worked as a dog groomer.
After college, Marvin stayed dedicated to working with dogs, volunteering with various rescues and serving as a dog foster along the way. That lifelong commitment led him to found Rocky and Rosie's Dog Kingdom, a nonprofit that merges his love for both students and dogs into one meaningful mission. As Executive Director, he leads the organization's programs, including Canine Youth Leaders, connecting students with hands-on opportunities in animal care. As part owner of Rocky and Rosie's LLC, he also helps guide the business side of the organization, ensuring it has the foundation to support and grow its mission.

Meet Sox, Rocky and Rosie's newest recruit! Rescued from Pawsitive Impact in 2025, Sox came in with impeccable manners and has been a star pupil ever since — sit, stay, and lay down are basically his party tricks at this point.
But even the best students have a subject or two that trips them up. For Sox, it's rabbits. The second a fluffy tail darts across the yard, all that hard-earned obedience goes right out the window and Sox is off on the chase of his life. He's also not the biggest fan of tall men, and needs a little extra patience and gentle introductions before he warms up.
Every good therapy dog has to work through their quirks, and Sox is doing just that — one training session (and one resisted rabbit chase) at a time. He's got a little further to go before he earns his official therapy dog certification, but with his sweet, obedient heart, we know he'll get there.
